What's your refund policy?

Three fees can apply, depending on the situation:

• $55 administrative fee on any refund request once a course has started.
• $40 late-cancellation fee when an in-car lesson is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
• $35 returned-payment fee if a credit card is declined or an e-Transfer fails.

A no-show (no contact within 15 minutes of the pickup time) forfeits the full lesson. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
