This Terms & Conditions apply to our packages and services.

After successfully completing the course with at least 70% marks in all E-Learning and in-car evaluations as per MTO rules, students will be electronically certified online.
Driving schools in Ontario can’t provide driver’s licence certificates. Instead, students should obtain a driver’s licence history (DLH) from Service Ontario.
As per MTO rules, the course needs to be finished within a year of its start date. Students failing to meet this deadline will need to re-register and pay a re-enrolment fee. KWC Drivers won’t provide any services beyond 364 days in any of its programs.
KWC Drivers insist that students be prepared and on time for their in-car sessions. It’s also mandatory for students to have their G1 present at every session.
KWC Drivers maintains the right to call off in-car sessions at short notice due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of an unexpected incident like a family bereavement, a student who misses a lesson will not be penalized. However, in-car appointment cancellations without significant reasons, made with less than 24 hours’ notice, risk being forfeited.
Any refund requests after starting the BDE course are subjected to $55.00 admin fee.
