When does my BDE certificate get sent to the MTO?

We upload your completion to the MTO within a few business days of your final in-car lesson, and the Ministry typically reflects it on your record within a week. Once it’s on file, your G2 wait time drops from 12 months to 8 months, and you can show it to your insurance broker for the discount. If you need written proof in the meantime, just email us and we’ll send a stamped certificate the same day.
