Can I sign up for lessons before I get my G1?

You can purchase and start the 20-hour online portion of our BDE course before you have your G1, but in-car lessons can only begin once your G1 is in hand. That’s an MTO requirement. Many students use the wait time to finish the online modules so they can hit the road as soon as they pass the written test. If you’re booking only G2 or G road-test prep, you’ll need the matching licence class before your first lesson.
